Working with Revo Wallet Abidjan marked a pivotal moment in my business dev career. As a Business Developer, I combined market analysis with innovative strategy, but mainly design thinking to tackle challenges head-on. Collaborating with talented teams, I transformed hurdles into growth opportunities and reinforced my dedication to pushing the boundaries of digital finance.

The challenge
Implementing Revo Wallet’s facial recognition payment solution in Ivory Coast was challenging. I faced user skepticism about biometric payments, as many worried about data privacy and security. To overcome this, I worked with local banks and regulators to ensure seamless integration and robust protection of personal data.




My solution
I tackled the challenges by partnering with local banks, regulators, and tech experts to integrate Revo Wallet’s facial recognition system into the existing payment infrastructure. I also led targeted education campaigns to showcase robust data privacy measures, easing consumer concerns and building trust.

I led the marketing strategy and social media management for Agroci, a key beverage distributor in Côte d'Ivoire. My role covered Pepsi, the globally recognized soda; Pressea, a locally produced natural fruit juice; and Kirène, a premium water brand. Through engaging content, targeted ad campaigns, and effective brand positioning, I successfully enhanced their market presence and consumer engagement.

The challenge
The key challenge was establishing Pressea and Kirène in a competitive market dominated by international brands. As new local products, they lacked brand recognition, making it difficult to gain consumer trust and market share. Additionally, differentiating them from existing alternatives required a strong and authentic brand identity.


My solution
I crafted a data-driven digital strategy to position Pressea and Kirène as high-quality, locally made alternatives. By leveraging compelling storytelling, influencer collaborations, and precise ad targeting, I enhanced visibility and brand credibility. These initiatives drove significant engagement and customer adoption.

I developed a bold communication strategy centered around the tagline "Ma Suzuki, c'est Socida." This campaign emphasized trust, expertise, and the dealership’s official status. I leveraged digital advertising, social media content, and customer testimonials to reinforce brand loyalty and drive engagement, making Socida the go-to dealership for Suzuki.
